Another Day Without a Reply from Them

I have been a very annoyed at the glitches that have been happening on the actual site itself. On a introductory email by facebook, they asked if I was ready to change to a sleeker and more friendly interface. And being the weird geek that I am, I do not like change. I have a thing for keeping things on status quo. Which is why I did not ever click on the upgrade or migrate button or whatever that thing was. And here I was, thinking it would have been any other day, I turned on my computer only to find out that they friggin changed the interface without any care in the world at all. I ended up emailing facebook for the unwarranted change on my page giving them a detailed description and the things I did not like with the new interface. I specifically asked them to revert the changes so I could get the same page as before. I am still waiting for the reply up to this day and I still hate the new interface. Go figure.

Bubble Shooter Overview

Only a few people are aware that the game Bubble Shooter has a lot of versions in the market today. However, even though there are different versions available, the one thing that is common to all these versions is that they use the same concept – to clear the screen with bubbles by popping them. Popping the bubbles is not that hard either because all a player needs to do is to fire a bubble next to another that has the same color; the bubbles will be eliminated from the screen if 3 or more same-colored have been grouped together.

The thing that a lot of people really like about Bubble Shooter is that it is very easy, simple and relaxing. Even beginners to this game will be able to enjoy because all they need to do is use their eyes and hands to play. Once a player becomes really familiar with the game play of Bubble Shooter, it would not be surprising to find out that he/she eventually becomes addicted to it.

Going Mobile in India

India is one of the biggest and fastest growing markets for mobile phone handsets and it’s not surprising. With the second largest population, a booming economy, a burgeoning middle-class and one of the largest concentrations of young people in the age group of 15-35, mobiles in India are big business. The market is largely skewed towards GSM technology although there are a few powerful CDMA providers it’s nowhere close to the penetration that GSM’s early monopoly has achieved. In the last few years, there has been a shift in the buying patterns of the masses. It used to be that people who were in the market for low-cost handsets would restrict themselves to the entry-level models offered by the giants like Nokia, Motorola, Sony and Samsung. This is not the case anymore. With Chinese models being introduced by local importers who brand the handsets with their own logos and market them to the youth as cheaper and viable alternatives to the most sought after big-name models the focus has shifted. The Chinese models match these models feature for feature and push a few of their own unique features (TV Tuners!) It is no wonder then, that for customers who are looking for the maximum bang for the buck, these models are a better and more sensible option.
